Support
What we can fix, and what nobody can.
Most support pages open with a promise about response times. This one opens with the honest split, because knowing which of the two you are looking at saves more time than any queue ever will.
A transfer has not arrived
Card purchases usually land in about two minutes. Bank transfers take one to two business days. If it has been longer, open the transaction in your dashboard: it carries the network, the destination address, and the confirmation count, which is enough to look it up on a block explorer yourself.
A transfer that shows confirmations on-chain has arrived, even if a wallet has not displayed it yet. That is a wallet refresh problem, not a transfer problem.
You sent to the wrong address or the wrong network
This is the one thing we cannot fix, and we would rather say so on this page than after it happens. Coins delivered to an address are controlled by whoever holds that address's keys. We never hold them, so there is nothing on our side to reverse, and no support tier that changes it.
The confirmation screen states the network in full for exactly this reason. It is the last moment a mistake is fixable.
A payment was declined
Declines come from your bank, not from us, and we are not told why. Some banks block crypto purchases by default. Trying a different card, or asking your bank to allow the transaction, resolves most of them.
You cannot get into your account
Use the reset link on the sign-in screen. It sends a code to your email and lets you set a new password.
Getting a human
Email support@phantomramp.example. Include the transaction reference from your dashboard if it is about a specific transfer, because that is what makes it findable.
We will never ask for your recovery phrase, your private keys, or your password. Anyone who does is not us, no matter what the address on the email looks like.
Still stuck?
Your transaction history is the fastest way to answer most questions, and it is already in your dashboard.
